Sold Price of homes in Draper also has been up and down but median sold price has recently stayed pretty close to $350,000.

When seeing how Draper Real Estate sold by quarter, it appears that generally numbers will start out lower at the beginning of the year, then increase for one or two quarters, then decrease.

The difference between listed price and sold price had quite a large margin for a good part of 2009. 2010 has shown numbers staying pretty close.

The number of homes sold in Draper was below 60 until June 2010.
