Draper Utah was established in the mid 1800s.  It is located about 20 miles south of downtown Salt Lake City and less than 30 miles north of Provo.  Sitting on the border of Salt Lake and Utah Counties provides options for a reasonable commute.  Population has grown to over 40,000 and the number of homes has passed 10,000.  Median income is in the upper $80,000 range and about 16% of the population rents. 

Draper is located close to the mountains and has miles and miles of trails for those who enjoy the outdoors.  Other fun attractions include a water park, a choice location for paragliding and hang gliding, and a Boondocks Fun Center with go-karts, mini golf, laser tag, and more.  Snow skiing is also an option as several different resorts are just 20 to 30 miles away.
